It depends on your sexual activity and risk factors. People with new or multiple partners, or those not consistently using protection, may benefit from more frequent testing (every 3–6 months).

 We can test for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis C  (others on request)

 Depending on the infection, tests may require a urine sample, blood test, or swabs. Our providers will send orders to your preferred lab for collection.

 Most results are available within 2–5 business days, though some tests may take longer.

 Yes. Your results are protected under HIPAA privacy laws. However, positive results for certain infections (like HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, or chlamydia) must be reported to the health department, as required by law.

Our licensed providers will discuss your results with you, prescribe treatment if needed, and refer you to a specialist when appropriate.

You do not need insurance to use this service. However, you will be responsible for the cost of any lab tests or prescription medications. For uninsured patients, lab orders will be sent to CPL, a low-cost laboratory option.

If you have insurance, your lab tests and prescriptions will be billed through your insurance, though copays or deductibles may apply. If you are uninsured, you are responsible for lab and pharmacy costs.
