Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted for unused services or products purchased from Elyzium Med Spa LLC within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact Elyzium Med Spa LLC in writing or in person and provide proof of purchase.

3. Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the unused services or products, minus any applicable fees or discounts.

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Elyzium Med Spa LLC.

5. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultations, injections, or other medical procedures, are non-refundable.

6. Product Returns: Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

7. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Cancelled Appointments: Customers who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

9. Refusal of Service: Elyzium Med Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates the Med Spa's policies or who engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

10. Modification of Refund Policy: Elyzium Med Spa LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
